- Provide 12 oz dark chocolate chopped, (can be chips)
- You need 12 oz milk chocolate chopped ( can use chips)
- Get 2 1/2 cup mixed honey roasted nuts, I used cashews, peanuts and almonds
- You need 1/2 cup roasted pistachios
- You need 1/2 cup dryed fruit, i used brown and golden raisins, craisins, and chopped apricots
Steps to make Chocolate Honey Roasted Nut and Fruit Bark:
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, for cooling bark on.
- In a large glass microwavable bowl combine chocolates. Microwave 60 seconds, stir and continue to microwave in small 10 second heatings until just liquid, stir in nuts and fruit. Pour onto prepared baking sheet, push and spread out to be flat. Cool until room temperature then chill until hardened.
- Break into pieces. Serve at room temerature but for longer storage keep chilled or it als freezes really well.
