Blend mango pieces to get smooth mango pulp(I have used original alphanso mango pulp)you can used ready mango pulp also which we get easily in market…Add sugar and start cooking on low flame for 10 min…Add khoya and paneer (crush the paneer properly) to mango pulp..add saffron stands soaked in milk and cardamom powder..and milk powder
  2. Continue cooking on low flame until it starts coming together…Stop cooking once it stops being sticky…
  3. Place it in a greased tray to set for few hours.Cut in pieces,garnish with almonds and saffron stands..
