- Chana dal and urad dal ko 5-6 hours water me soak karein. Poha ko wash karke 15 min water me soak karein.
- Dal ko wash karke pees kar paste banaye and poha ko bhi piskr paste banakr mix karke better ready karein. Oil, hing, salt, ginger - chilli paste, turmeric, tatri dal kar mix karein.
- Steamer plate ko oil se Grease karein. Better me eno dal kar mix karke plate me dal kar 15 min steam karein. (red chilli and black pepper sprinkle karke)
- Locho masala ki sare in mix karein.
- Garama garam locho plate me dal kar oil, locho masala, and coriander dal kar green chutney ke sath serve karein.
