- Heat oil in a Kadhai. Deep fry peanuts & corn flakes.
- Mix all dry spices in a bowl. Sprinkle some Masala on fried corn flakes & peanuts.
- Deep fry poha.
- Add in corn flakes & peanuts. Sprinkle some Masala.
- Now remove excess oil from Kadhai. In 1 ladle full of oil add curry leaves, chopped cashews, raisins. Saute all.
- Add remaining Masala. Add murmure. Mix all. Saute for 1-2 minutes. Switch off gas.
- Now add fried murmure to the poha mix. Add Roasted Chana dal, boondi, sev bhujia. Mix all properly. Check Masala. If required add some more spices as per your taste.
