The ingredients needed to make Mashed Potatoes and Rutabagas:
- Take 3 lb rutabagas, peeled and cut into 2-inch pieces
- You need 2 1/2 lb potatoes, peeled and cut into 2-inch pieces (about 5 or 6 medium)

- Prepare 2/3 cup milk
