Steps to make Farali Dahi Wade:
  1. To make coriander chutney, in a blender jar take coriander leaves, green chillies, ginger, roasted peanuts, salt, lemon juice, water and blend it nicely.
  2. To make taramind chutney, take taramind, jaggery, salt, cumin seeds, red chilli powder, water in a blender jar and blend it properly.
  3. To make masala peanuts, heat oil in a pan and add salt, red chilli powder and roasted peanuts to it. Mix well and cook it just for a minute.
  4. In a cooker, add barnyard millets(bhagar), potato pieces, water and pressure cook till 4-5 whistles.
  5. Once it gets cool, add coriander leaves, ginger chilli paste, pepper powder, salt and mix everything nicely.
  6. Now make medium sized round balls from this mixture. Make sure there are no cracks in the balls.
  7. Heat oil in a pan and then fry the balls at low to medium flame till they become golden brown.
  8. Now blend dahi using hand blender to smoothen it's consistency.
  9. Press 4 wadas gently and put it in a plate. Now pour dahi properly above all. Add both the chutneys, peanuts as per taste. Sprinkle it with red chilli powder, salt, cumin powder. Garnish it with coriander.
