- Take a bowl put refined flour,wheat flour and required oil and pinch of salt mix well add curd mix then put warm water and make a soft dough,make sure it is soft and smooth,
- Now put oil to the dough and cover with a lid and keep rest for ten minutes,after the time is passed,mix the dough again and make balls,roll the balls and give a round shape and shallow fry all porotas in the heated pan.and keep aside.Super soft paratha is ready.
