  1. Wash and soak Chana daal for 1 hr. Boil chana daal with 1-2 cups water only. When daal is tender soft, dries up water if remain and mash a little. Keep it aside.
  2. Take oil in a pot, ad sabut garam masala, fry for 1-2 minutes. Add sliced onion, fry till pink. Add Mutton, ginger garlic paste & fry till mutton change its colour.add roughly chop tomatoes, lal mirch, haldi, 2-3 cups water and let it cook on medium heat till mutton is tender, add salt & Add boiled chana daal to it and cook on medium heat. Mix well, give little ghoota so that daal & mutton are blended together. Some mutton chunks should be shredded to blend well. It should not be runny daal.
