- Take 2 blocks Firm tofu
- Prepare 200 ml Fresh hijiki seaweed
- Prepare 1 tbsp Ginger (beni-shouga red pickled ginger or gari sushi ginger)
- Prepare 5 cm Lotus root
- You need 1 tbsp Mentsuyu
- Prepare 1 dash Katakuriko (or panko)
