The ingredients needed to make Jibarito:
  1. You need 1 plantain
  2. Prepare vegetable oil
  3. Prepare 2 tbsp Sofrito
  4. Take Badida complete seasoning
  5. Get 3 slice Roma tomato
  6. Get lettuce
  7. Provide Mexican mayonnaise
  8. You need 3 slice Thin sliced steak
Steps to make Jibarito:
  1. Slice the plantain in half. Fry for about 2 minutes on each side. Take out, flatten making sure to keep the plantain intact. Return to the oil and fry until golden, season with salt and set aside.
  2. Rub the sofrito all over the steak, season with badida or your favorite Hispanic seasoning salt and cook in a skillet or griddle until done.
