- Prepare 1 boneless gammon / ham
- Use 500 ml ginger beer
- Prepare 200 ml peach or apricot juice
- Use 300 ml coca cola
- Provide 12 black peppercorns

- Get 4 bay leaves

- preheat oven to 180°F Celsius.
