  1. Use 2 kg brisket
  2. Take 2-3 onions
  3. Take 1 tbsp smoked paprika
  4. Take 1 tbsp mustard powder
  5. You need 2 tsp cinnamon
  6. Use 1 tsp chilli flakes
  7. Take 1 tsp oregano
  8. Take 1 1/2 tbsp treacle
  9. Use 60 ml red wine vinegar
  10. You need 80 g soft brown sugar

  14. Take 700-800 ml passata
  15. Get 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

  4. Put in the over for 5 hrs. Then remove and add the remaining marinade, plus some additional liquid if you want it to be a bit looser. Cook for another 30-60 minutes.
  5. Remove from the oven, shred the beef using two forks and enjoy!
