- Make a soft and smooth dough of sooji+maida + oil + baking soda
- Knead alteast for 5 to 8 mins.till the time all the ingredients combines together as soft dough.Now leave the dough for 15 mins rest
- After resting for 15 mins again knead that dough to make I soft
- Now make small small ball and roll it in a circle or oval shape

- Boil the imli/tamarind + jaggery
- Then strain it
- Take half spoon of ghee on a pan heat it and then add crushed blackpepper + imli+Jaggey mixture
