  2. Take 1 cup prepared short grain sushi rice
  3. Provide 4 Oz tobiko, flying fish roe

  1. Prepare the sushi rice
  2. The nori sheets are usually perforated into 8 strips. Quarter the sheet so you have 2 strips each.
  3. Place 2 tbs of rice in the middle of the 2 strips leave room on both ends.
