- Take a big soup pan or kadai. Add oil, heat the oil, add chopped garlic saute for few seconds.now add chopped onions again saute.
- Add tomato puree on high flame, add sugar and black pepper powder, mix it well and cooked well the Puree.
- Now add water on high flame add red, yellow and green bell peppers, sweet corns, and macaroni. Cooked well till macaroni becomes softer.
- Now add oregano, chilli fleks, salt. Stir well
- Lastly add corn starch water for the thickness of the soup. Cooked it for the few minutes more.
