- Take 10 chopped Pearl onions
- Provide 1 tsp Cumin seeds

- Get 1 tbsp Pepper Powder

- Wash the fish roe carefully in water. Cut the fish roe into half and marinate with chilli powder, pepper powder, turmeric powder, salt for 1 hour.
- Heat oil in a pan, add the curry leaves, cumin seeds, pearl onions, ginger garlic paste and sauté it for 2 minutes.
- Add the marinated fish roe and gently mix with the onions once, cover and let the roe cook for 5 to 7 minutes in low flame.
- Check for salt, add the chopped Coriander leaves and few drops of lime juice. Blend well together. Turn off the stove.
- Serve hot. It goes well with Curd Rice, Sambar Rice, Rasam Rice.
