  1. Take 350 grams Pork belly (slab)
  2. Use 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  3. Prepare 1 tbsp Oyster sauce
  4. You need 1 clove Garlic
  5. Provide 2 tbsp Honey
  6. Prepare 1 Vegetable oil

  1. Cut the pork belly into 6-7 mm thick slices. Finely grate the garlic and set aside.
