- You need 9 . Grated coconut - 6 tbspn
- Take 10 . Ginger - 1 inch chopped
- Prepare 11 . Mustard seeds - 1/4 tspn
- Use 12 . Tamarind pulp - 1 tspn
- Take 13 . Curry leaves
- Prepare 14 . Oil - 2 tbspn
- Use 15 . Salt to taste
- Use 16 . Water - 1/4 cup

- Marinate the prawns with garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and salt. Let them marinate for 10 - 15 minutes.
- Dry roast coriander seeds, fenugreek seeds and dried red chilli in a pan till fragrant.
- Grind together 4 tbspn coconut, ginger and roasted spices with a little water in a blender to a coarse paste.
- Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds and when they splutter add curry leaves and onion and saute till lightly browned.
- Add ground paste and saute for 2 - 3 minutes.
- Add marinated prawns, salt, tamarind pulp, 2 tbspn grated coconut and water. Cook till prawns are done. - Serve hot garnished with grated coconut. - Prawns sukka ready.
