- You need 1 block Konnyaku (preferably fresh yam konnyaku)
- Provide 1 sac Mentaiko
- You need 1 tbsp Butter (or margarine)
- You need 1 tbsp ★Mirin
- Take 1 1/2- tablespoons ★Sugar
- Use 1 and 1/2-2 tablespoons ★Soy sauce
- Prepare 1 tsp ★Hon-dashi bonito stock granules
- Provide 150 ml Water

- Cut the konnyaku in half lengthwise, and use a zig-zag knife to cut into 1 cm thick slices.
