- Get 500 gm peeled and washed prawns
- Take 3 tablespoons ghee divided
- Prepare 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
- Prepare 1 teaspoon cumin seeds

- Take pan roast cumin seeds, mustard seeds, curry leaves, fennel seeds, soaked red chilies and black pepper. grind it into fine.
- Heat 1 tablespoon ghee in pan add prawns, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and cooked till prawns done.
- Remove prawns in plate. Add grinded paste and ghee in it and cook, add tamarind and cook till ghee over float on masala.
- Add prawns and cook till masala dry.
