- To make rajma masala,pressure cook overnight soaked rajma
- Take a kadhai/pan,add 02 tbsp oil.once oil is hot add cumin/jeera
- Add hing and garlic and saute for 30sec
- Add chopped onions and fry till translucent
- Add chopped tomatoes and wait for it to turn soft.
- Once tomatoes are soft,add spices- salt,red chilli powder,coriander powder,dry ginger powder and mix thoroughly.
- Now add curd and boiled rajma,give it a good mix and cover for 10min on low flame.
- Open after 10min -add garam masala,coriander leaves and mix it well.
- Switch of flame and keep rajma masala aside.
- LETS PREPARE CHAPPATI FOR WRAP NOW.
- Make chappati dough and divide into small balls.
- Start rolling chappati.make it thin (not too thin also otherwise it will start breaking)
- Heat tawa and cook chappati from both side without oil(do not overcook chappati,it should be 80percent cooked)

- Heat a grill pan and brush oil. Keep wrap on it and grill it from both sides nicely.
