  1. Take 500 gr Beef shin
  2. Provide 1,5 Litre Beef/Chicken Stock
  3. Prepare 1 Can Red bean kidney
  4. Take Carrots as enough
  5. You need 1 onion chopped finely
  6. You need 4 garlic chopped finely
  7. You need 2 stalks celery, chopped finely
  8. Provide 2 Tbsp oil for frying
  9. You need 1 Tsp salt or as enough
  10. Get 1/2 Tsp white pepper
  11. Prepare 1/4 Tsp nutmeg

  1. Clean the beef and cut it cubes, and fry to brown it. Once it brown both side pour the stock and let it cook until the beef tender
  2. In the meantime, prepare the red bean from the can, wash it and set aside. Cut the carrots into chunks.
  3. When you see the beef is almost tender, put the carrots into the pot. Saute the onions, garlic, pepper and nutmeg in the pan.
  4. Once the onions cook thru, you can see when the color became translucent, pour it into the soup, together with celery and the beans.
  5. Put some salt, sugar to taste, and serve with steam rice or just eat it like that!

Heat the oil in a large heavy pot over medium heat. Add the onions, celery, bell peppers, salt, cayenne, black pepper, and bay leaves. In a large pot or dutch oven, add the ground beef and brown. Add the garlic, and salt and pepper to taste.
