- Get 1 bunch ◆ Spinach
- Take 3 small ◆ Potatoes
- Prepare 1 * Salt and pepper
- You need 1/2 to 1 tablespoon ◆ Tarako (salt-cured cod roe)
- Prepare 1 1/2 tbsp *Mayonnaise
- Use 1/2 tbsp *Ponzu

- Wash the spinach and quickly cook in boiling water. Drain and squeeze out excess water (once it's cooled). Cut into 5 cm lengths.
