  2. Provide 60 to 80 grams Mentaiko
  3. Use 15 grams Butter (or margarine)
  4. You need 2/3 tbsp Shiro-dashi
  5. Prepare 1 Green onion (your favorite type)
  6. Use 1 Black pepper (coarsely ground or freshly ground)

  1. Leave out the butter until it reaches room temperature, or soften in the microwave.
  2. Cook the spaghetti in plenty of salted water until al dente.
