- Take 250 grams rohu fish eggs
- Take 2-3 sliced onions

- Clean the eggs properly and boil it with turmeric powder and salt. Grind all the ingredients mentioned under paste and keep aside.
- Take a kadai add oil add panch phoron and green chilli and let it crackle then add the ground paste and stir add all the masalas and keep stirring until the masala leaves the oil
- Strain the water from the fish eggs and break the eggs with your hands and keep it ready. Now add sliced onions into the gravy and let it cook until tender. Add the eggs and let it cook on low flame. Once done keep sauteing well until the oil floats on top.
- Serve with steamed rice. Add a dollop of pickle for extra taste.
