The ingredients needed to prepare Fresh Spinach Dip:
- You need 3 cup Fresh raw baby spinach
- Use 1 Half cup chopped green onions
- Prepare 1 packages of KNORS spinach dip seasoning
- Use 1 cup of Hellman's mayonnaise
- Provide 1 cup of Daisy sour cream
- Prepare 1 small can of sliced water chestnuts
- Prepare 1 tbsp of McCormick salad supreme mix
Instructions to make Fresh Spinach Dip:
- In a food processor combine the fresh raw baby spinach the green onions and water chestnuts and chopped into very fine small pieces.
- In a large mixing bowl combine mayonnaise sour cream and the KNORS spinach mix..
- Combine the chopped spinach onions and water chestnuts to the mayonnaise sour cream mixture. Stir until well combined.
- Pour spinach dip into a serving container and sprinkle with a salad supreme (you may add some extra chives on top for garnish if you like)
- Serve with Raw vegetables, crackers or a sliced sourdough baguette.
Stir in the cream cheese and melt. Using paper towels, squeeze moisture away from the spinach and then add to a medium mixing bowl.
