  9. Prepare 1 Cooking spray oil
  10. Provide 1 Shredded pepper jack, colby jack, monterey jack cheese. Or for real authenticity use crumbled Queso Fresco

  1. Preheat oven to 375° F.
  2. In a skillet brown meat over medium high heat until no longer pink. About 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add chopped onion and garlic. Let saute with meat until fragant.
  4. Add spices and salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Cook until done and stir in vegetables.
