The ingredients needed to cook Marinated Olives:
  1. Get 1 jar Green olives (pitted or unpitted) in brine
  2. Use 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped or sliced
  3. Get 1/4 tsp garlic salt
  4. Prepare 1 lemon
  5. Prepare 1 tsp dried oregano
  6. You need 1 tsp olive oil
Steps to make Marinated Olives:
  1. Drain the olives from the brine well. You can rinse under cold water if you like.
  2. Then place olives in a small bowl.
  3. Add the chopped garlic, garlic salt, oregano and olive oil. Mix all together.
  4. Cut the lemon in half and squeeze about 2 tablespoons of juice onto the olives. Then cut as thinly as you can a few slices from the other half of the lemon and add to the olives.
  5. Let the olives marinade in the refrigerator for at least 2-4 hours prior serving.
