  1. Wash and peel the turai and chop it finely & keep it in a bowl. Peel and cut the potato into cube and keep in water.
  2. Heat oil in a kadai add jeera and methi dana when methi turns golden add the sliced onions cook till translucent
  3. Add the turai and potatoes and stir it well on high flame do not add water as turai will release a lot of water cover and cook for 5 mins
  4. Then add coriander powder, haldi powder, jeera powder, kashmiri chilli powder,salt,tomato and curry leaves. Cover and cook on medium flame till it's semi dry. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves
