- Provide For paste
- You need 1 tbsp oil
- You need 2 small cinnamon
- Prepare 1 bay leaf
- Use 3 cloves
- Use 3 pepper corn

- Take 1 big onion finely chopped

- Get 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
- You need 1/2 tsp coriander powder

- You need 1/2 tsp kasturi methi
Instructions to make Shahi turai:
- Take a pan add oil, cinnamon, cumin seed,bay leaf,green chilli,cloves,peppercorn and saute for 1 min than add ginger garlic paste, finely chopped onions and saute for 2 min than add finely chopped tomatoes add salt in it saute for 2 to 3 mins let it cool,make a paste in mixer and sieve it in a bowl.
- Again take a pan,put oil in it.peel turai and cut them medium size.Saute it for 6 min till become soft. Take a pan,put oil in it,add cumin seed,paste,red chilli powder, coriander powder,turmeric powder,mix it well,add milk and saute for 5 min thsn add turai in it and saute for 2 min and add karuri methi and garnish with cream.
Now add chopped tomatoes and cook till they turn soft. Pressure cook it till vegetable is cooked. Shahi Chicken or Shahi Murgh is easy chicken curry made with mild spices and cooked in creamy almond, cashew paste. If you don't like spicy chicken dishes then this curry is wonderful choice.
