- You need 2 tbsp Jaggery
- You need 2 tsp Black salt
- Prepare As per taste Salt
- Take 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- Provide 2 tbsp Ginger chilli garlic paste
- Provide 1/2 tsp Garlic paste
- Use 1 bowl garlic
- You need As per taste Salt
- Use 2 tsp Oil
- Provide 1 tbsp Water
- Take As per taste Sauce
- You need As required sev
- Get As required pomegranate seeds are totally (optional)
Instructions to make Pani puri:
- Firstly take mixing bowl add mashed potatoes, chopped onions, chilli, Ginger garlic paste, salt, lemon juice, chickpeas, pani puri masala, fresh coriander and mix well.
- For tikha mitha pani take a jar add meant leaves Ginger garlic and chilli, water, jaggery, black salt, pani puri masala, lemon juice and grind it well untill it looks soft puree with lot of watery consistancy.
- For Garlic paste take a mixture jar add garlic, salt, little oil, 2tbsp water and grind well.
- Now all things are ready it's time to assemble your gollgappa.
- Take one puri break from the middle add potatoes mixture, garlic paste, pomegranate seeds, sev sauce and have it.
