- In a bowl sieve ur flour,put salt,1onga,1tspn curry powder,baking powder and mix
- Den add butter an mix thoroughly den add small quantity of water….mix well until smooth and set aside
- For the filling::::wash ur meat,put in a pot and slice ur onions &garlic,put ur curry,thyme and 1maggi cube den place it on fire….let it cook until soft
- Grind the meat as if u will make dambu put it in a pan and place on low heat to fry
- Den add ur grind scotch bonnet,onion and little garlic,little oil,1sachet onga,and curry until it is in light brown color den take it off d heat
- Mould ur mixed flour batter,cut into meat pie shapes den place on a baking tray
- Brush the top wit butter nd egg white and place in d oven for baking
