  12. Prepare 10-12 shallots
  13. Use 1 tbsp coconut oil

Steps to make Beef varattiyadhu:
  1. Wash thoroughly beef cubes with vinegar(so tht all the blood will be cleaned). Take a pressure cooker and add the chopped onions,ginger garlic paste and tomatoes and all masalas.
  2. Crumble masala and onions with ur hands and thn Add washed drained beef to the masala and mix with your hands well. Add curry leaves and without any water pressure cook it for 4 whistles(or till it is cooked)
  3. After the beef is cooked well there will be some water left(that we can cook well and make it dry). Take a pan add coconut oil and add shallots and curry leaves when it starts golden then add the pepper powder.
  4. Add the beef masala and make ot dry. add the kasuri methi and cook till roasted.
  5. Lastly add lemon juice and mix well. add the curry leaves and coconut slices and mix well and switch off the gas and serve hot with ghee rixe or rotis. Enjoyyyy
