  1. Aik tea cup suji bowl mein lein. Phir 3tbsp maida or 1/2 tsp salt dal kar mix karein
  2. As a required neem garam pani se ghound lein. Dough Na narm ho or na he zyada sakht ho. 30 mint Ke liye cover kar Ke rakh dein.
  3. 2 perry bana lein. Thora khushk maida lagake sb se patli roti bail lein. Roti moti hogi to golgappy ni phoolygy or agr phool b Gaye to crispy ni bnygy. Hard bnygy. Glass se cut kar lein
  4. As a required oil karahi mein dal kar garam karein. Achi trah garam ho. Phir es oil me golgappy fry kar lein.. Handi spoon se golgappy ko oil mein dip krty hue hilaty jayen ta ke phool Jaye.
  5. Achi trah cool hojaye to shopper mein dal kar band kar dein. 1 week tak crispy rhygy..
  6. 1/2 cup imli sauce pan mein dalein.. Phir 1 cup pani dal kar boil karein.. Phir thanda kar ke es mein 2 glass cold water dal ke mix karein phir chan lein.. 1/2 tsp salt. 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp black salt, 1tsp sugar dal kar mix kar lein
  7. Chutni ke liye 1 small bowl yogurt mein 1/2 tbsp green chutni dal kar mix karein
  8. Alu chany ki Chat ke liye 3 medium potato, 1 cup boiled chany, 1 small tomato, 1 tsp chat masala. 1/2 tsp slat, 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder dal kar mix karein. Ready to eat.
