- Prepare 4 Turai
- Provide 1/2 kg Curd
- Use 1 cup Besan

- Now add turai and red chill powder haldi powder dhaniya powder and mix it and cover it for 5 mnt.
- In a bowl take curd and gram flour and mix it well.
- When turai will become soft.add this curd mixture in turai slowly.stir well continuesly.when kdi on boiling stage add salt and stir well.
- After 30-40 mnt your kdi will be done.enjoy this kdi with rice and chapatis :-)
