  1. Take 1 cup turai peel
  2. Provide 1 tbsp oil
  3. You need 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  4. Take 3-4 curry leaves

  6. Get 1 tsp red chilli powder
  7. You need 1/2 tsp turmeric powder

  1. Wash and clean turai with salt water properly. Then wash it with normal water. Washing with salt water makes the peel clean properly.
  2. Using a peeler remove the peel of turai. Crush it coarsely in a motarpestle or blend it once coarsely in grinder.
  3. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds,curry leaves. When it crackles add ginger garlic paste and saute for 2-3 seconds.
