  2. You need 1 1/2 cup Coconut Flour
  3. You need 2 tbsp Chia Seeds
  4. Prepare 2 tbsp Stevia or other sweetener
  5. Take 2 each large eggs
  6. You need 2 tbsp Honey
  7. You need 1 1/3 cup 2% milk
  8. Use 1 1/2 cup peanut butter
  9. Get 1 1/2 cup Trail mix or nuts dried fruit, coconut, your choice!

  1. Add all dry ingredients together and mix well
  2. Next add eggs, honey, milk, and peanut butter (or other nut butter if preferred). Mix well.
