- Prepare 8 can Ranch Style Beans
- You need 3 tbsp each red, green, yellow bell pepper and onion to taste
- Use 1 lb Smoked Sausage (kielbasa)
- Get 1 tbsp minced fried garlic
- Provide 6 fresh Jalapeños
- Prepare 1/2 cup Sofrito (recipe in my collection)

- Put beans in 13x9x3 foil pan
- Dice peppers and slice Jalapeños and add to pan. Saute in a little olive oil to open fragrance. Add to pan with beans. Stir to mix.
