- Use 1 lb ground beef
- Take 1/2 medium onion
- Get 2 clove garlic
- Take 1 medium green bell pepper
- Use 1 can rotel
- Use 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- Get 20 corn tortillas
- You need 1 packages taco seasoning
- You need 1/4 cup water
- Use 2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
